Model 276, manufactured by Kliegl Brothers, Universal Electric Stage Lighting Co., New York. Circa 1950-1960. 
 
It has the old fashioned black crinkle paint finish. 
All brass parts (including screws and nuts) have been polished.  The 3-caster stand is of unknown origin, but it looks fantastic with this lamp. 
This unit  has been completely restored and rewired. 
Comes with the original 100w GE clear bulb.
